Refund Policy
1. Refund Deadlines
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: Full refund.
Cancellations made 3-7 days in advance: 45% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance: 25% refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellations due to weather conditions
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (heavy rain, thunderstorms, etc.), the tour may be rescheduled or, if the client prefers, the full amount will be refunded.
3. Cancellations on Our Side
If, for operational, safety or force majeure reasons, we have to cancel the tour, you will be offered the option of rescheduling or a full refund.
4. No-show
Failure to appear at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in the total loss of the amount paid, with no right to rescheduling or refund.
5. Date Changes by the Client
You may request a change of tour date at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. After this period, we cannot guarantee availability that suits you.
