Participation Terms and Conditions
By booking and participating in a Moto4Nature experience, the participant declares they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These rules ensure a responsible, safe, and enjoyable experience for all participants and visitors exploring the hidden Algarve landscapes with our team.
ATV Usage and Liability for Damages
The participant agrees to use the ATV and all provided gear with care and prudence, exclusively within the activity guided by Moto4Nature.
Drivers may be held liable for material damage caused by vehicle misuse, reckless driving, failure to follow guide instructions, unauthorized route departure, prohibited maneuvers, or allowing unauthorized persons to drive.
If damage is attributable to the participant, they agree to bear repair or replacement costs, verified accordingly.
Participants will not be charged for normal wear and tear, mechanical failures not caused by their conduct, vehicle defects, or situations under the responsibility of Moto4Nature or third parties.
Any accident, fall, impact, or anomaly must be reported immediately to the guide. The participant must not leave the site or continue using the ATV if it could worsen the damage, unless instructed by the guide or for safety reasons.
Safety Regulations
Safety and adherence to guide instructions are essential throughout the experience.
It is mandatory to wear a helmet and any other protective equipment provided by Moto4Nature, maintain a safe distance between vehicles, and respect all instructions given by guides before and during the trip.
Each participant must drive according to their skills, terrain conditions, and guide signals. The activity is not a race; there is no need to keep up with others at uncomfortable speeds.
If a participant feels unsafe or encounters difficulty during the route, they must inform a guide immediately.
Participating or driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances compromising safe driving is strictly prohibited.
Dangerous behavior, racing, intentional drifting, reckless driving, or failure to follow instructions may lead to immediate termination of participation in the activity.
Incident Reporting
In the event of an accident or incident, the participant must follow the instructions of the Moto4Nature team and immediately report any pain, injury, or other problems resulting from the occurrence. Whenever justified, continuation of the activity will be subject to a safety assessment and agreement between the participant and the tour staff.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking and participating in the activity, the participant confirms that they have understood the rules for ATV use, safety standards, and conditions regarding liability for material damage.
The purpose of these terms is to promote responsible vehicle use and provide a pleasant nature and adventure experience for everyone, always respecting the expert instructions of the dedicated Moto4Nature team.
